Training and capacity building

The organization also trains the community on management of the HIV/AIDS situation.

It encourages the community to engage in HIV prevention and AIDS care. Periodically, the organization identifies potential individuals (community agents) and trains them to reciprocate their gained skills to their respective communities.

Specifically, they are empowered with skills on HIV/AIDS Management, care for the families, widows and orphans, and management of their resources.

The organization believes this approach would create a sustainable form of HIV/AIDS management in the operation areas whose majority are surrounded by household poverty.
